At DEVICESHOPPING, we stand behind the quality of our premium electronics accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help—subject to the terms below.

Return Period

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  1. Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
  2. With all original tags attached (if applicable)
  3. In the original product packaging
  4. Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Important: Original shipping boxes or outer packaging are not considered part of the product’s original packaging.

Product-Specific Return Conditions

Standard Accessories

(Phone cases, chargers, cables, mounts, adapters)

  1. Must be unopened and in original product packaging
  2. All accessories and documentation included
  3. No signs of use, installation, or wear

Screen Protectors & Protective Films

  1. Must be unopened and sealed
  2. Opened packages cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons

Wearables & Smart Devices

(Smart accessories, watch bands, wearable electronics)

  1. May be opened only for basic inspection
  2. Must remain in like-new condition
  3. No signs of use, installation, wear, scratches, or damage
  4. All original packaging and accessories required
  5. Any signs of use will void return eligibility

Earbuds, Earphone Tips & Audio Accessories

  1. Unopened items only due to hygiene standards
  2. Opened items are not eligible for return

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  1. Opened hygiene-related products (earphone tips, screen protectors)
  2. Customized or personalized items
  3. Digital products or downloadable software
  4. Items marked as final sale or clearance

How to Start a Return

Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at shopping.jameskim@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Return Authorization
We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions within 1–2 business days if approved.

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack the item securely in its original product packaging and ship it to the address provided.
Please include your RA number on the package. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Step 4: Inspection & Refund
Once received, returns are inspected within 3–5 business days.

Refund Processing

If your return is approved:

  1. Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  2. Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days after approval
  3. Shop Pay / PayPal: 3–5 business days after approval
  4. Banks or card issuers may require additional time to post the refund

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility (Change of Mind)

  1. Customer pays return shipping costs
  2. Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  3. We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Our Responsibility (Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items)

  1. We cover return shipping costs
  2. Full refund, including original shipping fees
  3. A prepaid return label will be provided

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us at shopping.jameskim@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include clear photos of the issue
  3. We will arrange a free return and offer a replacement or full refund
  4. Priority processing within 24–48 hours

International Returns

For orders shipped outside the United States:

  1. The same 30-day return policy applies
  2. Customers are responsible for return shipping, customs fees, and duties unless the item is defective or incorrect
  3. International processing may take 7–14 business days

Fulfillment & Dropshipped Items

Some products are fulfilled by third-party logistics or fulfillment partners.
Return procedures may vary depending on the fulfillment source.
All approved returns will follow the eligibility rules outlined in this policy.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a replacement, please return the eligible item and place a new order separately.

Excessive or Abusive Returns

We reserve the right to limit or deny returns in cases of excessive, repetitive, or abusive return activity, as permitted by law.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.
